We ensure that only authorised persons within TROIS SOLEILS have access to your personal data.

In some cases, we may share your personal data with other companies in the TRIGANO group at European level. 3. Where is your personal data stored?

Data is stored in compliance with French legislation and European regulations.

If our service provider operates outside the European Union, we protect the confidentiality of your personal information and your rights by using the data protection clauses recommended by the European Commission.

Data retention periods comply with CNIL recommendations and/or legal obligations:

  • Account data: 5 years from your last contact with TROIS SOLEILS.
  • Data concerning prospective customers: 3 years from your last contact with TROIS SOLEILS.
  • Data concerning orders: 5 years from the last order. 
  • Documents communicated in the context of exercising rights of interrogation, access, rectification and opposition: 1 year from the date of the end of the rental period.

At the end of these periods, we may archive the data, in particular to comply with the limitation periods for legal action.
