Recommendations hand-over process of the motorhome

You are about to come and pick up your motorhome, please find below the recommendations for handling the vehicle.

  • At home, before coming to the dealership place:
    • Watch the getting started video, write down your questions. By viewing it will allow you to prepare your rental better, the day of departure you can ask your questions to the technician.
    • Remember to bring a protective mask and a personal pen.
  • If possible come alone to the dealership (only 1 accompanying driver recommended if you do not leave a personal vehicle on site).
  • Respect the agreed vehicle pick-up schedule. In order not to overload reception at the dealership, the departure station may agree with the customer on a schedule different from the contractually indicated schedule.
  • There must be no physical contact between the parties who will first wear a mask and a personal pen
    • the motorhome will be parked in an outdoor area, windows open. Before the customer inspects the vehicle, the technician will open all the doors to ensure maximum ventilation of the motorhome.
    • the station will indicate the accessories supplied, make a quick tour of the vehicle,
    • the signing of the contract and the inventory will be done with two separate pens (one for the station, one for the customer),
    • the keys will be handed over by placing them on the counter (not in the hand, but in a plastic bag or envelope).
    • preference will be given to sending documents by email (registration, green card).

Recommendations restitution of the motorhome

You are about to return your motorhome, please find below the recommendations for returning the vehicle.

  • Before going to the dealership:
    • The customer must empty the motorhome of all personal items before coming to the dealership
    • Clean the motorhome: the vehicle must be brought back clean inside, washed outside, with the levels made (fuel, adblue and clean water in full; drained waste water). If the vehicle is not returned in good clean condition, it will be charged a lump sum of € 399 including tax.
    • Remember to bring a mask and a personal pen
  • Please respect the agreed return time for the vehicle. In order not to overload the reception at the dealership, the dealership may agree with the client on a schedule different from the schedule indicated on the contract.
  • There must be no physical contact between the parties who will use a mask and a personal pen
  • The customer will park the motorhome in the drop-off area indicated by the station.
  • Before the technician inspects the vehicle, the customer will open all the doors to ensure maximum ventilation of the motorhome. The client is asked to wait in a predefined area. The technician keeps a distance of 2 meters between him and the customer.
  • After inspecting the vehicle, the customer places the key on the counter in a defined area. The employee wearing gloves disinfects the key and places it in a plastic bag that can be sealed or in an envelope without contaminating the outside of the bag.
