Is it possible to take a motorhome in one station and to go to another?

As each agency manages its own fleet of vehicles, it is impossible to return the vehicle to an agency other than the one where you rented it. You will have to return the motorhome to your departure agency.

Can we leave outside one of your departure agencies?

You can only depart from one of our departure agencies. We do not have a shuttle service.

How can I book?

Our bookings are made exclusively online. Our website gives you real-time access to all our available vehicles, our rental rates and all current promotions.

On the home page of our site, choose your city of departure as well as your rental dates (one click on the departure date, one click on the return date), and the number of passengers, and the list of available vehicles will appear. To start your booking, click on see the offer for the selected vehicle, then on check price and availability, and continue your booking by continuing with the configuration.

Can I book by phone?

We are happy to answer any questions you may have by telephone, but no options can be taken.

What are the means and methods of payment?

BOOKING MORE THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE

If you book more than one month before your departure, you can choose to pay a deposit of 30% or the full amount. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, American Express, cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers or connect holiday vouchers (CVC ANCV). The balance must be paid at least one month before your departure.

NB: Less than one month before departure, we no longer accept payment by cheque.

 

BOOKING WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DEPARTURE

If you book less than one month before departure, you will need to pay in full by credit card, American Express, connect holiday vouchers or bank transfer (transfer accepted up to 10 days before departure).

What are the departure and return days and times?

All year round, departure and return days are from Tuesday to Saturday*, except during the very high season. You choose the departure and return times when you book. 
Departure possible at 10am, 2pm or 4pm. Return at 9am or 3pm.
No departures or returns on Sundays and Mondays. Agencies are closed.
*Some agencies do not allow departures on Saturday afternoons and do not allow returns on Saturdays.

During the very high season (last week of July, first two weeks of August), the rental period is calculated per week, from Saturday morning to Friday. Check-out time is 10am. When you book, you can choose between 9am and 3pm for the return time. 

Please ensure that you respect the return time. If you are late, penalties will apply (€300 for any delay of more than 1 hour and €500 per day of delay).

Can we rent a motorhome with a car gearbox?

We offer two models with automatic gearboxes: a motorhome, the Great Comfort Low Profile (Y) and a campervan, the Great Comfort Campervan (E).

Are there any crockery in the motorhome?

Crockery and cutlery are not provided in our rentals, so you will need to bring your own. However, for your convenience, we offer a crockery and cooking set containing everything you need: crockery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, frying pan, saucepan, etc. This kit is suitable for motorhomes. See our Options page.

What is the interior equipment?

All the accessories you need for camping will be provided: electric extension lead + adaptors, water supply hose + connector, gas bottle (13 kg), chemical toilet cleaner. You'll also find a safety triangle + fluorescent waistcoat kit and a puncture-proof kit.

All our rental vehicles are equipped with a toilet and shower, as well as a fridge, gas hob and sink.

What is the outdoor equipment?

Outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, barbecue, etc.) is not supplied and is not offered as an option. Some models are equipped with an awning.

What are your opening hours?

The central reservation office is opened Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (fr time) at +33 475 820 202.
