Why are some dates crossed out on the booking calendar and I can't select them?

In the calendar, only departure and return dates are available. Our agencies are closed on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays, some do not offer Saturday returns, which is why some dates are not 'clickable'.

Do I have to register on the site to be able to book?

Bookings can only be made via our website. In order to be able to book, you will be asked to create an account with an email address that will allow you to access your personal space.

Creating your account is quick and requires just a few details: email address, password, surname, first name, address, telephone number and date of birth.

I don't know my login details or I've forgotten them. What do I do?

Your login is the e-mail address you used to register on the website.

How do I change my password?

If you forget your password, you can click on "Forgot your password?" and then enter your online account username, which is your e-mail address.

How do I add an option?

By logging on to your personal space, you can, up to 72 hours before departure and free of charge:

  • increase your mileage allowance and/or your level of multi-risk coverages;
  • add destinations;
  • add extra drivers;
  • add optional services or equipment (crockery kit, bedding kit, bicycle rack, etc.) subject to availability.

For any other changes (dates, times, category of motorhome, departure agencie) or requests less than 72 hours in advance, please contact the reservations department on / reserv@trois-soleils.com, €108 administration fee may apply (see article 6.2 APPLICABLE RATES of our General Terms and Conditions).

How do I pay my balance?

No later than 30 days before your departure date, simply log on to your personal space to pay your balance online. You will receive an e-mail reminder a few days before.

How can I benefit from promotions and special offers?

When you enter your departure/return destination and booking dates, the site automatically calculates the best fares, taking into account any current promotions.

How do I know if my booking has been taken into account?

All bookings made on our site automatically generate a confirmation which you receive by e-mail. If you have not received it, please check your spam folder.

Once you have booked, we will contact you by telephone to let you know that we have received your booking.

How can I optimise the weight and format of my file so that I can import my documents successfully?

To import your documents successfully, please check that you have a good internet connection, then use jpeg, jpg, png or pdf formats, preferably with a file size of less than 2 MB. However, please ensure that they are of good quality.
