When do I pay for my rental?

At the time of booking you must either pay the total amount of your rental, or pay a deposit of 30% if your departure is in more than one month. Your booking must be paid in full one month before your departure.

What kind of means of payment can I use to book my motorhome?

You can choose between several methods of payment: check (only french checks are accepted) and holiday vouchers up to one month before departure, bank transfers up to 10 days before departure, and bank cards (CB), American Express (Amex) or Chèque-Vacances Connect ANCV up to the last minute.

Is payment secure?

Our website complies with current security standards. Your payment will be secure, and you will see this because a padlock will appear in the address bar of your browser.

The URL address begins with HTTPS where the S stands for "Secure", which means that the data transmitted to our bank and our online payment service provider Payzen is fully encrypted using SSL encryption and no information is stored on our servers.

You can therefore make your payment in complete security on our website.

What should I do if my payment has failed?

In the event of a problem when paying for your rental, please first check that you have entered your card number correctly. The most common causes of a failed CB payment are your CB limit being exceeded and a failed 3D secure authorisation.

Next, please contact your bank, which may be able to resolve the situation if the payment limit is exceeded, for example.

I've been given a gift voucher, how can I use it on the site?

Our gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. You can use them to hire any category of vehicle on any date. Please contact us before booking online.

Reservations must be made at least 15 days before the date you wish to pick up your motorhome.

How do I set up the security deposit?

A security deposit of €3,200 must be paid before you pick up your motorhome (article 6.5 of our general rental conditions). We use the Swikly service, which allows you to deposit your security deposit simply by making an imprint of your bank card. About ten days before your departure, you will receive an email inviting you to make your "SWIK". The SWIK is not a payment. You will not be debited for the amount requested, but you authorise this debit in the event of a problem, in which case Swikly will be our mediator.

The deposit can also be paid by bank transfer or credit card, but deposit cheques are not accepted.

How to pay by bank wire transfer?

For all bookings made with a departure of more than 10 days, at the payment stage, you can choose to pay by bank transfer. The bank details of Hertz Trois Soleils will be displayed and you will be able to pay for your booking via your bank account.

How do I obtain an invoice?

If you need an invoice when you return from your rental, you can send us a request by e-mail to contact@trois-soleils.com, stating your name and booking number.

How to pay by check or ANCV holiday vouchers?

Check and ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted up to 30 days before departure. If you are less than 30 days away, you will need to choose another means of payment.

When you reserve your motorhome, at the payment stage, choose check or ANCV holiday voucher.

You will then have 72 hours to send us your payment by post to the central reservation office to the address:

How do I pay by Chèque-Vacances Connect (ANCV)?

When paying for your rental, you can choose the Chèque-Vacances Connect (dematerialised) option in the payment options. You will need to enter your ANCV identifier on the secure Payzen interface, then validate a code on your smartphone via the ANCV application.

If the amount of your Chèque-Vacances Connect (ANCV) does not cover the amount of the payment, you will have to top up your payment by credit card or Amex.
