You will be travelling with a copy of the registration certificate (original not supplied). Some countries require the original registration certificate on entry. It is your responsibility to check entry, residence and travel formalities with the embassy or consulate of your destination country(ies).
A "long-haul destination" supplement of €390 applies for the following destinations: Finland, Sweden, Greece and Norway.
What is the tariff class for motorhomes at French motorway tolls?
The majority of our vehicles, campervans, camper vans, and low-profile motorhomes, are between 2 and 3 meters high: they are therefore classified in tariff class 2.
Only our family overcab, which is over 3 meters high, is classified in tariff class 3.
What does our welcome kit include?
Our welcome kit contains a sponge, a bin bag, a dose of washing-up liquid and a roll of toilet paper to get you started.
What documents do I have to produce on the pick up day?
The original driving licence and identity document of the main driver must be presented, as well as those of any additional drivers.
Are stabilisation chocks supplied with the rental?
Motorhome chocks are not provided. You can easily park flat. If you wish to have some during your rental, you can buy some in the shop of your departure agency.
In some cases, certain agencies can provide you with some, depending on availability. Please contact your agency directly for more information before you leave.
What are your opening hours?
The central reservation office is opened Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (fr time) at +33 475 820 202.

What are the times for picking up and returning the motorhome?
During the very high season (mid-July to mid-August), rentals are by the week, from Saturday morning 10am to Friday.
When you book, you can choose between 9am and 3pm for the return time.
Outside this period, the rental period is free. Departures and returns are available from Tuesday to Saturday*.
Departures are possible at 10am, 2pm or 4pm; returns at 9am or 3pm.
You will confirm your choice of times when you make your booking. You will only be offered the times that are available, depending on the bookings already made.
No departures or returns on Sundays or Mondays. Agencies are closed.
*Some agencies are unable to accept returns on Saturdays.
Please ensure that you respect the return times. If you are late, penalties will apply (€300 for any delay of more than 1 hour and €500 per day of delay).
What fuel should I use in campervans?
All our vehicles run on diesel. In some vehicles, you will also need to fill up with adblue. Adblue can be found at the pump in some petrol stations and in cans in petrol station shops and supermarkets.
Is there an inventory before departure?
When you pick up the vehicle and return it, you will carry out an exterior and interior inspection with a technician. It's important to make a note of any defects.
