Do the vehicles have air conditioning?
All our vehicles have cabin air conditioning, i.e. in the driver's compartment only. As this air conditioning is linked to the engine, it will only function when driving.
Is it possible to hire a television?
Our rental vehicles are not equipped with televisions. This is not an option we offer.
What is the outdoor equipment?
Campervans, camper vans and motorhomes are equipped with an awning.
Some models have an outdoor shower.
Outdoor furniture (tables, chairs, barbecue, etc.) is not supplied and is not offered as an option.
As an option, you can hire:
- a bicycle rack fixed to the rear wall
Why are some dates crossed out on the booking calendar and I can't select them?
In the calendar, only departure and return dates are available. Our agencies are closed on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays, some do not offer Saturday returns, which is why some dates are not 'clickable'.
Can I extend the duration of my contract during the rental period?
If you wish to extend your rental period, please contact us by telephone on +33 475 820 202. Subject to vehicle availability, we will send you an amendment to extend your contract.
I've been given a gift voucher, how can I use it on the site?
Our gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue. You can use them to hire any category of vehicle on any date. Please contact us before booking online.
Reservations must be made at least 15 days before the date you wish to pick up your motorhome.
Are the vehicles equipped with an oven?
There are cooking rings in the vehicle, but no oven or microwave.
I no longer need an option I took out when I booked?
The cover and options we offer cannot be modified or reimbursed once you have taken out the policy.
Can I travel with my domestic pet?
Domestic pets are allowed on board our motorhomes at no extra charge.

What are the means and methods of payment?
BOOKING MORE THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE DEPARTURE
If you book more than one month before your departure, you can choose to pay a deposit of 30% or the full amount. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, American Express, cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers or connect holiday vouchers (CVC ANCV). The balance must be paid at least one month before your departure.
NB: Less than one month before departure, we no longer accept payment by cheque.
BOOKING WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DEPARTURE
If you book less than one month before departure, you will need to pay in full by credit card, American Express, connect holiday vouchers or bank transfer (transfer accepted up to 10 days before departure).
