Can we leave outside one of your departure agencies?
You can only depart from one of our departure agencies. We do not have a shuttle service.
We do not have a shuttle service, so you will have to make your own way to the departure agency (private car, taxi, public transport).
Can I have a hitch ball on my motorhome?
Our vehicles will not have a hitch ball and this is not an option we offer.
Do I have to carry out an inventory of fixtures when I return the motorhome?
When the vehicle is returned, as on departure, an inventory of fixtures will be carried out. You must be present at the inspection with a technician.
How to benefit from unlimited mileage?
Unlimited mileage is not offered automatically except in high season. The rest of the year you will have to choose the unlimited mileage package, once on the configuration page of your reservation. It is on this same page where you will also be able to choose different options and guarantees.
What is provided with my motorhome?
For a pleasant use of your motorhome, the following equipment will be given at the pick up station:
- 1 electrical extension 220 V jack and an adapter tip
- 1 fresh water hose and an adapter tip
- 1 propane tank
- 1 toilet removal tank and its specific chemical product
- 1 puncture repair kit
- 1 safety package (alert triangle + fluorescent jacket)
How and where to drain the waste waters?
Motorhomes can be emptied at motorhome service areas, which can be found at campsites and supermarket service stations. Many communes now offer a service area for motor caravans. Grey and black water must be emptied into the appropriate systems.

Can I add Cancellation / Postponement Coverage after I have made my booking?
This option can only be taken out at the time of booking. If you have not taken it out when booking, you will not be able to add it.
How to pay by check or ANCV holiday vouchers?
Check and ANCV holiday vouchers are accepted up to 30 days before departure. If you are less than 30 days away, you will need to choose another means of payment.
When you reserve your motorhome, at the payment stage, choose check or ANCV holiday voucher.
You will then have 72 hours to send us your payment by post to the central reservation office to the address:
