Is the rental price on a sliding scale?
Rates are degressive depending on the length of the rental period. We offer a 10% discount for 3 weeks' rental, 15% for 4 weeks and 20% for 5 weeks or more.
What are the departure and return days and times?
During the very high season (mid-July to mid-August), rentals are by the week, from Saturday morning 10am to Friday.
When you book, you can choose between 9am and 3pm for the return time.
Outside this period, departures and returns are available from Tuesday to Saturday*.
A departure is possible at 10am, 2pm or 4pm; the return at 9am or 3pm.
You will confirm your choice of timetable when you make your booking. You will only be offered the times that are available, depending on the bookings already made.
No departures or returns on Sundays or Mondays. Agencies are closed.
*Some agencies are unable to accept returns on Saturdays.
Please ensure that you respect the return times. If you are late, penalties will apply (€300 for any delay of more than 1 hour and €500 per day of delay).
I've suffered damage to my vehicle or caused it to break down. What happens now?
If you are involved in a collision or accident during your rental, your deposit will be retained on your return. The damage will be recorded on the return inventory of fixtures and fittings, and an estimate will be sent to you for repairing the vehicle. Your deposit will be released on receipt of your payment.
NB: without an identified third party, you are considered responsible for any damage.

In the event of an accident or engine breakdown, you can call the 24/7 assistance number on your rental contract.
How do I pay by Chèque-Vacances Connect (ANCV)?
When paying for your rental, you can choose the Chèque-Vacances Connect (dematerialised) option in the payment options. You will need to enter your ANCV identifier on the secure Payzen interface, then validate a code on your smartphone via the ANCV application.
If the amount of your Chèque-Vacances Connect (ANCV) does not cover the amount of the payment, you will have to top up your payment by credit card or Amex.
What does a motorhome consume?
The fuel consumption of a motorhome is highly variable and depends on the vehicle chosen (size, weight, engine, etc.), the driving style (speed, gear changes, etc.), the terrain, etc.
Our motorhomes consume around 15 litres per 100 kilometres.
Can I hire outdoor furniture?
Outdoor furniture (camping chairs and tables, barbecue, etc.) is not provided and is not offered as an option. You can bring your own equipment or buy some at the departure agency, subject to availability.
I have a reservation. What happens if I want to cancel it?
With the Cancellation / Postponement Coverage
- You can cancel up to 24 hours before departure under the terms of the guarantee.
- More than 30 days before departure: Cancellation without justification, refund of the sums paid (excluding the cost of the guarantee).
- Less than 30 days before departure: Cancellation with supporting documents (medical, professional, etc.), possibility of postponing your booking.
- No-shows on the day of departure: no refund.

Without the Cancellation / Postponement Coverage
- More than 30 days before departure: 30% of the rental amount is due.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the rental amount is due, no refund possible.
- No-shows on the day of departure: no refund.
Cancellation must be made by registered letter. Cancellation also entails cancellation of optional equipment (bedding kits, crockery).
For greater flexibility, take out the cancellation/deferment guarantee when you book.
How can I prepare my files to successfully upload my documents?
To ensure your documents upload correctly, please make sure you have a stable internet connection.
We accept JPEG, JPG, PNG, or PDF formats, with a file size under 2 MB each.
Make sure your documents remain clear and easy to read, even if compressed.
Can we appoint several people to drive the motorhome?
You can add extra drivers up to 72 hours before departure. The rate for each additional driver is €108.
