Can we rent a motorhome with a car gearbox?
In 2025, 5 models will have automatic gearboxes: 3 motorhomes (Great Comfort Low Profile (Y), Mini Low Profile auto (A) and Family Low Profile (B)), one camper van (Great Comfort Campervan (E)) and one campervan (Maxi Campervan auto (F)).
How many seat belts are there in your vehicles?
Motorhomes are fitted with as many seat belts as there are seats on the vehicle registration document. When the vehicle is in motion, passengers must be seated and secured in accordance with the Highway Code. The number of registered seats shown on our vehicle pages corresponds to the maximum number of passengers.
How soon will my deposit be released?
If the inventory of fixtures on your return is the same as on your departure, your deposit will be automatically released after 90 days, without any action on your part. Swikly will notify you by e-mail when your deposit has been released.
What to do in the event of a breakdown or accident?
In the event of an accident or engine breakdown, you are invited to call the 24/7 assistance number on your rental contract.
What should I do if my payment has failed?
In the event of a problem when paying for your rental, please first check that you have entered your card number correctly. The most common causes of a failed CB payment are your CB limit being exceeded and a failed 3D secure authorisation.
Next, please contact your bank, which may be able to resolve the situation if the payment limit is exceeded, for example.
I'm travelling with my children. Can I book an adapted seat?
To make your journey easier, we offer a child seat option. Group I/II/III (ECE R 44/04 standard), it will be perfect for ensuring the safety and comfort of your children aged 1 to 12 (9 to 36kg).

I can't make it on the day of departure and have to cancel my trip. Can I get a partial refund?
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of departure, or in the event of a no-show on the day of departure, the amount of your contract will be retained by Hertz Trois Soleils.
How do I add an option?
By logging on to your personal space, you can, up to 72 hours before departure and free of charge:
- increase your mileage allowance and/or your level of multi-risk coverages;
- add destinations;
- add extra drivers;
- add optional services or equipment (crockery kit, bedding kit, bicycle rack, etc.) subject to availability.
For any other changes (dates, times, category of motorhome, departure agencie) or requests less than 72 hours in advance, please contact the reservations department on 04.75.82.02.02 / reserv@trois-soleils.com, €108 administration fee may apply (see article 6.2 APPLICABLE RATES of our General Terms and Conditions).
Are there any crockery in the motorhome?
As an option, we offer a crockery and cooking set containing everything you need: crockery, cooking utensils, frying pan, saucepan, etc.

Otherwise, you'll need to plan ahead, thinking in terms of lightness and small size so that you can store it easily in your cupboards and not exceed the maximum permissible weight.
What is the bedding in the motorhome?
The motorhome will be supplied with mattresses. For obvious reasons of hygiene, bed linen is not provided. You can bring your own or buy the kits we offer (see options page).
The size of the beds depends on the vehicle. There are safety nets in the bunk beds.
